Contact our Customer Team to let us know you would like to return a product. Please include your invoice number with your request.
Our Customer Team will reach out to assist you with your return request by providing return information.
After receiving our e-mail, you can return the product in its original packaging. Make sure you send the product well-protected back to us within 14 days after receiving the initial order.
Please include the original invoice or our e-mail communication in the box, so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.
After receiving the products, DLS Design will process the return and credit the amount within 14 days.
Please keep in mind that returning is at your own risk and always keep any proof of shipping with tracking until we have processed the return.
Costs incurred for the return are for the buyer.
Returns sent without shipping costs will be refused by us or passed on to the customer. If possible, we will initially settle this with the credit amount.
