We ship on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from Linschoten. Your package will be sent via PostNL, GLS, or FedEx, depending on the country and the size.

If you are ordering from the United Kingdom or another country outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. You are responsible for paying these to the carrier.

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to register a return. You can do this via your account or by sending us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have not been registered.

Every month, you will receive a kit filled with coordinating products to capture your stories and memories. Think of paper or Pocket Pages cards, ephemera, stickers, washi tape, and stamps or dies. The kits also include products that are exclusive.

There are three kits. The Essential Kit starts at €29.99 per month and includes 5 products. As a member, you receive a 3% discount on all DLS brands.

The Main Kit starts at €39.99 per month and includes 8 products, with a 5% discount on all DLS brands.

The XL Kit starts at €54.99 per month and includes 14 products, plus journaling cards and extra paper. With this, you receive a 7% discount on all DLS brands.

Prices exclude shipping costs. As a member, you receive a lower shipping rate, which depends on your country.

The kits will be shipped starting the last Wednesday of the month. On the Friday before, we will reveal the new kit via Instagram live and email.

Yes, you can order throughout the entire month with your subscriber discount, and they will be included in your kit package at no extra shipping cost.

At home, at a service point, together with a friend in one package, or you can pick it up in our store starting the day after kit day. You can change your address free of charge every month.

You choose 6 or 12 months, after which your subscription will continue automatically. From that moment on, a notice period of 1 calendar month applies.

We offer workshops at our store in Linschoten and online. In the store, you can participate in Make & Takes, mini box workshops, seasonal events, marathon days, and crop days. Online, you can follow workshops such as a mini album or journal workshop. You can find our current offerings under Workshops in the menu or click here.

Choose a workshop in the webshop and complete your registration via the link on the page. You pay immediately upon registration.

Online workshops can be found in our community at dls-community.com. After signing up, you will get access to the introduction and materials there.

Scrap Besties is our online community for anyone who loves getting creative with memories. You can find inspiration, learn new techniques, and share your work with other scrappers.
