Working at
DLS Design was born out of a love for creating and capturing beautiful moments.
What started as Scrapdelight grew into DLS Design in 2017. Not just a place where you find materials, but a brand in which we bring our own ideas, collections, and inspiration to life.
In our shop in Linschoten, you will find everything that goes with it. More than 260 m² full of color, examples, and creative possibilities. You will discover our own collections there, along with a carefully selected basic range of albums, inks, and tools. A place where you can browse at your leisure, gather ideas, and perhaps go home with something completely different than you had in mind beforehand.
We think it is important that you feel welcome. That you take your time, ask questions, and get inspired. That is why we also regularly organize workshops, events, and demo days. Simply because creating together is even more fun.
Behind DLS Design is a small team, each with their own role, but with the same love for the craft. Will you become part of our team?

We are looking for an intern
Social Media & Content
Looking for a social media and content intern who loves to create, experiment, analyze, and above all, wants to learn a lot!
Social media is an important place for us to share our products, collections, and creative inspiration.
What makes someone stop scrolling? Which Reels perform well? What content gets saved a lot? How do we smartly deploy content from our creators? And what can we learn from all these results for the content we create afterwards?
You will be given your own social media project where you will research this and put it directly into practice.
A selection of what you will be doing:
Social media: brainstorming on our content planning and coming up with content for Instagram, Reels, and Stories.
Content creation: creating and editing content yourself that is actually used on our channels.
Creators: processing content from our creators and deploying it in various ways.
Trends: keeping up with what's happening on social media and thinking about what fits DLS.
Analysis: reviewing results and researching which content works well and why.
Content formats: translating insights from the results into new ideas and formats that you can then test.
Is something working well? Then we'll continue with it. Is it not working as well as expected? Then we want to know why. This way, during your internship, you'll immediately see the impact of your work and how our community reacts to it.
Room for your own ideas? We'd love that!
At DLS, we usually have more ideas than time to execute them all, so there is plenty to get started with. At the same time, we are very curious about your perspective on our social media.
Do you see a trend we should act on? Do you have an idea for a new Reel series? Or do you discover something in the numbers where you think: you are missing opportunities here? Definitely let us know.
In the beginning, we will guide you through DLS, our way of working, our content, and what is already happening on social media. After that, you will get more and more room to take on your own project, test ideas, and work independently.
Who are we looking for?
You are enrolled in an MBO or HBO program in the direction of Marketing, Communication, Creative Business, Content Creation, Media, Commercial Economics, or a similar study.
We would love to see you if you:
Have an affinity for social media, content creation, and online marketing;
Know Instagram, Reels, and Stories well and are curious about what lies behind good content;
Are creative and enjoy coming up with new ideas;
Can work independently, take initiative, but also ask questions and provide feedback on time;
Have a feel for imagery, text, and what resonates online;
Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and creators;
Find it fun to dive into results and numbers in addition to creating content.
And what can you learn from us?
Essentially, during this internship, you will get to see the entire process behind social media and content marketing. From the initial idea and content planning to creating, publishing, and finally analyzing content.
You get a look behind the scenes at a creative brand, work on real campaigns and product launches, and collaborate with our team and our creators.
We will supervise you during your internship and gradually give you more responsibility within your own project. Because ultimately, you learn best by actually doing it.
Do you have a specific internship assignment or research question from your studies? We can look at that together, too. We are happy to see how your learning goals and interests align with what is currently happening within DLS.

Send us your CV and cover letter, in which you tell us who you are, what you are good at, and why this position suits you. No formal salutation needed, write as you are. We mainly want to see who you are and if you fit our team and company.
