How to use:
Stir well before use. The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease. Ice Effect can be plastered, painted, spotted or stenciled. It dries smudge-proof and weather-resistant. For partial ice effects, apply the paste thinly with the brush. For a broad snow effect, plaster the paste in several layers if necessary.
