The XL Kit is our most complete and comprehensive kit. If you want to have plenty of materials every month and experience maximum creative freedom, the XL Kit is perfect for you.
You will receive all materials from the Essential and Main Kit, supplemented with extra items such as journaling cards, word stickers, puffy stickers, or a set of dies.
Because many XL subscribers document more often or also like to make minibooks and other projects, this kit includes the 12"x12" paper set or a 6"x8" paper pad in addition to the standard Pocket Pages cards.

Would you like to adjust this for a while because you are going on holiday, staying somewhere temporarily, or perhaps want to drop by the shop? You can! You can request changes at any time during the month. For subscriptions, we assume that we will send your package every month to the address you provided when you signed up. Would you prefer to have your kit delivered to a service point, use a different address, or pick it up in the shop? Please let us know, and we will adjust this for you. When you come to pick it up, we will also apply the corresponding discount to your subscription.

When can I start with my kit?
After signing up, we will try to include you in the very next kit. If this is not possible, we will let you know. We aim to never keep you waiting longer than one collection. In some cases, it is even possible to receive a kit that has already been released.
It says sign up for the waiting list. What does the waiting list entail?
The waiting list ensures that our subscribers always receive priority. This allows us to guarantee quality, exclusivity, and inventory, while preventing overproduction and unnecessary costs.
If we currently have no spots available within the subscription and you are placed on the waiting list, you will automatically be notified as soon as a spot opens up. Our goal is for you to be able to join by the following quarter at the latest.
I don't know which subscription I should choose.
If you are in doubt, you can ask us for help! We are happy to assist you with explanations and the differences between the kits. Feel free to send us a WhatsApp. And don't forget that if in doubt, you can always start lower and upgrade later if desired.
What are add-ons and how do they work?
Add-ons are products that are part of the collection, but not the kit. As a subscriber, you can order these products at a discount, and they will be shipped automatically with your kit.
You can use add-ons to create individual projects or to further supplement your kit. Ideal if, for example, you want to do extra documentation or create a specific project.
When will my kit be shipped?
We ship the kits by default on the last Wednesday of the month. Should this change due to holidays, for example, we will notify our subscribers.
How do the shipping costs work?
Kits are shipped at a reduced rate that we calculate per country. On our shipping costs page, you can see which shipping costs we charge for your shipping address.
The shipping costs are automatically combined with your kit payment and charged monthly.
As a subscriber, you can add to your kit box for free all month long, so you never pay double shipping costs.
How do I choose my paper option?
Before your subscription starts, you have the option to indicate which paper you would like to receive. This does depend on which options are included with the chosen kit. This could be Pocket Pages cards, 12"x12" scrapbook sheets, and/or a 6"x8" paper pad.
What is in my kit every month?
Each kit contains a number of standard products and a selection of rotating items. We change the contents monthly so that you always receive a great foundation as well as new products that also complement the following months.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Downgrading is not possible mid-term, but upgrading is, provided that stock is available. We strive to activate upgrades as quickly as possible after your request.
Can I stop in the meantime?
Our subscriptions have a fixed term of six or twelve months, which gives you a significant discount on products that would otherwise be much more expensive. We do this because we plan production, purchasing, and inventory based on the number of subscribers. As a result, an ongoing subscription cannot be terminated prematurely, unless you pay the buyout fee. This is 50% of your remaining monthly installments.
What about my current community subscription?
This will simply continue, including your current discount and price, if you are already a subscriber. So even if the community becomes more expensive, your current price will remain in effect for you as long as your subscription is active.
